Ilyash O. The principles of state regulation in the sphere of socio-economic security of Ukraine

Object: processes of forming and development of the system of socio-economic safety of the state. Purpose: : ground theoretical-methodological and scientifically methodical principles of government control in the field of socio-economic safety of Ukraine, development of the applied mechanisms and instruments of it, effective providing. Methods: abstractly logical; institution evolutional; synthesis and analysis of the systems; structurally functional to the analysis; analysis of the systems and theoretical generalization; statistical taxonomical and cluster analysis; approach of the systems, design. It is offered: conceptual principles of government control are developed in the field of socio-economic safety; scientifically grounded theoretical-methodological bases of structural decoupling of the system of socio-economic safety of Ukraine as triads of constituents; grounded institution mechanism of government control in the field of socio-economic safety; theoretical bases of functioning of the system are improved socio-economic safety of region. Scope of usage: Ministry of economy of Ukraine, Ministry of social policy, economic services of central departments.
