The thesis discusses theoretical, methodological and applied practical principles of formation and functioning of institutional mechanisms and management techniques by food industry with regard to their specificity. The concept of management mechanism modernization changes in the food business, which provides the implementation of key strategic directions of their modernization activities and is a complex process to coordinate the interests of producers with market demands, based on a systematic comparative evaluation of various alternative activities.
