The dissertation is devoted to analysis of the legal and administrative framework for the protection of the rights of citizens in the activities of the law enforcement bodies. The author clarifies the understanding of human rights as object of administrative-legal remedies, determines main features and properties. It characterizes protection of human rights as sign and main function of legal state. The work determines features of normative-legal basis, concepts, values and system of administrative legal remedies of protection human rights. It formulates concept and identifies areas of law enforcement activity and its impact on the realization of human rights. It clarifies the concept and content of the institute law enforcement agencies.
