Kakhovska O. Scientific and methodological foundations of the state regulation of dynamics of sociality in transition economy.

The object is sociality in transition economies as a result of heterogeneous relations between economic subjects. The goal is to develop the conceptual foundations of sociality in terms of theoretical and methodological base of its formation in economies with different levels of socialization, state evaluation of specific time periods and positive dynamics providing by improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of social change management in the desired direction. The methods are mathematical statistics, comparison, expert evaluations and simulation modeling. The author's conception of the essence of "sociality" is theoretically substantiated. Firstly the sociality is examined as the object of complex modeling, distinguishing the most important factors affecting its ensuring. The complete theoretical and methodological concept of sociality on the base of the development of technology management on integrated social outcomes is done. The scientific and methodological basis of state evaluation and changes forecast of the level of sociality in the context of the whole country and its regions are worked out. The concepts and categories of the "welfare state", scientific basis of the set of social determinants of sociality guarantee by the state, scientific-methodical bases of divergence evaluation of the economic base of sociality in terms of economic activities, ownership, regions and households are improved. The interpretation of the essence and relationship of the categories of "public administration" and "state regulation" are explained. The further development of theoretical propositions as to the essence and role of the state, meaningful description of the social system, directed on people and their needs, explanation of changes in the social sphere of society is given. The field is the distribution of the created product, program of socio-economic development, the educational process.
