Essay

The influence of mercury chloride small doses on the immune system of white rats has been investigated in subchronic and chronic micromercuryalism models. It has been found that the toxicant causes dystrophic-destructive changes in thymus, spleen and lymph nodes. These changes underlay the malfunction of nonspecific and specific immunity. The efficiency of Unithiol, Thiotriazolin, Mildronate, Magne B6 introduction on the background of micromercuryalism has been studied. It has been shown, that the greatest immune protection in these conditions demonstrate Thiotriazolin and Mildronate. The results of these drugs study allow to recommend them for clinical use.
