Essay

The thesis summarizes an integrated clinical and laboratory examination of 554 patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP), including 452 people who have been accompanied by CAP with hepatic steatosis (HS) between the ages of 18 to 55 years. Were analyzed clinical characteristics, the nature and severity of biochemical violations of systemic and local (mucose) immunity disorders in the patients with CAP in the presence of concomitant chronic liver pathology in the steatosis form. Displayed aggravating effects associated HS on the course, as well as indicators of immunological and metabolic homeostasis in patients with CAP. Pathogenetic expe-diency of the use of modern imunoactive natural origin preparation imunomax in treatment and modern combined phytomedications alfagin, bronchipret or immupret in medical rehabilitation of patients with CAP, which combined with HS.
