Essay

Theoretical generalization is made and a new solution of scientific problem connected with formation of the concept of administrative and economic law as an element of the system of administrative law is found in the thesis. Definition and limits of legal regulation of administrative and economic law are determined. It is stressed that administrative and economic law should include norms which define legal status of subjects of public administration on one hand and the way of cooperation between them and the subjects of economic management on another hand. The system of administrative and economic law is found out.
