Morozov R. Strategic management of rice-growing industry development in Ukraine

Object of research: the process of strategic management and organization development field rice cultivation. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic management of the development of rice cultivation, methodological approaches and practical guidelines to the formation and implementation of development strategy of rice cultivation based on public-private partnerships and clustered forms of regional cooperation. Methods: dialectical method of cognition, systematic approach, historical, dialectical, monographic, structural and functional analysis, synthesis, graphic, abstract logical grouping, SWOT-analysis, the method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), coefficient, index , prediction. Scientific novelty: the first defines the essence of strategic management and propose a conceptual approach to the development strategy of the sector rice cultivation, grounded organizational principles of cluster formations in rice cultivation, improved the essence of the concept of "strategy development management field rice cultivation," a systematic approach to the development of a regional program for the development of rice cultivation, the process strategic planning integrated development of rice cultivation, were further developed conceptual formation of strategic management development field rice cultivation, regulation of discrete arrays economic information field rice cultivation, study areas of organizational, economic and technical-technological transformation of rice cultivation, suggestions for improving state regulation of rice cultivation area.
