Chupyr O. Management of the construction potential development at the railway transport of Ukraine

Object - management of the construction potential of the railway transport in Ukraine. Aim - the development of pure and methodological bases, justification of practical suggestions as to the management of construction potential of the railway transport of Ukraine as the foundation to implement large-scale construction investment innovative projects aimed at solving strategic issues of the industry development. Methods - process, system-integration approaches, logic-dialectic analysis, systematic approach and systematic analysis, IDEFO procedures, feasibility and mathematical simulation. Results - innovative: development of the business organization mechanism for the management of the construction potential of the railway transport in Ukraine, based on the incorporation of a railway construction and installation concern; formulates system and integration approach to the development of the construction potential of the railway transport by determination of its organizational, process and location aspects; considers pure provisions of ensuring the value of the construction potential of the railway transport in corporate training and innovation consulting; identifies and studies the content of category "railway transport construction potential". Improved: the model of estimating the life cycle of the railway section provided introduction of high-speed transportation; classification of environmental factors, determining essential changes in the railway transport activities as a socially-oriented unit of the national economy; overview of the general contents of the concept of "construction potential development management". Further developed: theoretical basics of the development management system of the construction potential of the railway transport; conceptual approach to the strategic development management of railway transport in Ukraine in the context of forming the foundation for the sustainable national economy development; procedural approach to estimating the level of the construction potential growth on the railway transport; procedural approach to diagnostics of the construction potential of the railway transport; theoretical approach to the selection of strategic alternatives of the construction potential development of the railway transport; justification and identification of problems of the construction railway transport system of Ukraine to ensure its development in line with global experience.
