Chernychko T. Public administration of sustained economical development based on stabilization of financial and credit relations

Object: theoretical and applied aspects of sustainable economic development. Purpose: To study the theoretical and methodological and scientific basis for forming an effective mechanism of governance for sustainable economic development on the basis of the stabilization of financial and credit relations. Methods: dialectics and historical, analogies and benchmarking, analysis and synthesis, statistical and economic, systems analysis, structural and graphical modeling methods of economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting; methodological basis of a systematic approach and methods of clustering and classification. It is offered: the scientifically-methodical provision of formation mechanism of governance for sustainable economic development as a set of functions, subjects, forms and tools of management, a comprehensive methodological approach to assess the stability of the financial and credit relations in Ukraine; model for evaluating the stability of financial relations in Ukraine under formation of final incomes of the institutional sectors.
