Makara O. Forming of socially oriented regulation model of national economy

The object of the study is the formation of socially oriented national economy. A scientific novelty consists in the system decision of the important scientifically-applied problem is a ground of theoretical and methodological principles of forming of the socially oriented adjusting of national economy with determination of directions and formulation of suggestions in relation to strengthening of role of new institutes of socio-economic development in the decision of foreground jobs of social and economic policy in the conditions of transformation of public relations in Ukraine. The following methods are used in the thesis: dialectical method of cognition - the study of socially oriented national economy, the choice of the mechanisms of formation of socially oriented national economy, the study of social and economic processes in the relationship between them and the social life in general, historic and logical - to identify the genesis and analysis of the evolution of public choice theory, the model of socially oriented national economy formation; theoretical generalization and comparison - to develop categorical system, to identify common ground of socially oriented regulation of the national economy; the system approach - the justification of hierarchy of socially oriented regulation of the national economy problems as a whole mechanism of related objectives and activities of its elements, abstract and logical - for theoretical generalizations and drawing research conclusions, correlation and regression analysis - to assess the impact of factors on the socio-economic development of the country, program target - to justify the concept of constructing a model of socially oriented national economy regulation, neural modeling - optimization of processes for the formation of socially oriented regulation of the national economy. Proposals are introduced which are implemented by the executive committee of Rivne City Council in the planning of socio-economic development of Rivne Region during 2011-2015 and are used in the educational process of Ternopil National Economic University, in teaching courses on "National Economy", "Social and Humanitarian Policy," " Economy II " for graduate students specialty" Public service ". The implementation sphere is economy and management of a national economy.
