Dolgosheia N. The formation of innovation development of agrobusiness in Ukraine

The subject of the research is the process of the formation of the innovative agricultural development in Ukraine. The aim of the research is to improve and develop the theoretic and methodological approaches to the improvement of the innovative mechanism of efficient agriculture development in the current economic conditions. The methods of the research: abstract and theoretical, historical, logical, method of induction and deduction, analysis, synthesis, statistical and mathematical methods; systematic method, generalization and systematization; method of forecasting.Theoretical and practical results: improving the innovation system of agribusiness in Ukraine by developing and intensification of the theoretical and methodological principles of its operation, which is the active form of innovative activity in the agricultural sector, the use of theoretical, methodological, methodical and practical results in the functioning of the innovation development of agribusiness and practical activity of the authorities and enterprises. The novelty of the research: the quantum and static approach to the interpretation of the innovation process in time, which is characterized by periodic shocks for the efficient development of agricultural enterprises like emission quantum energy is formed; the method of calculating of the minimum required set of agricultural machinery for the enterprises with the aim to apply the innovative energy saving technologies of land cultivation of given areas and vice versa is worked out; the optimization model of agricultural market infrastructure, which takes into account both the specific contribution of each sector to the overall profitability of the enterprise and the optimal scale of production rates for existing infrastructure is built. The degree of implementation: the results of the research are accepted for use by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Department of Agricultural Development of Kherson Regional State Administration, the Department of Agricultural Development of Odessa Regional State Administration, the Department of Agricultural Development of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, the Mykolayiv Fund of farming support, Open Joint Stock Society "Green grove" in Voznesensky region.
