Berezina L. Forming and development of organizationally-economic relations of agro-industrial complex enterprises

The theoretical bases of providing the effective organizationally-economic relations of agro-industrial complex enterprises are considered. It is given the description of the modern state of agro-industrial complex enterprises as an important constituent of national economy; it is grounded the role of agro-industrial complex enterprises in forming of national food market. Integration processes and their influence on organizationally-economic relations forming in agro-industrial complex are investigated. The mechanisms of forming of the ecologically oriented mutual relations of agro-industrial complex enterprises and the mechanisms of providing of intercommunication of socio-economic and food safety are offered.
