Hrytsenko L. Development of investment policy based on cooperation between the state and business: methodology and practice

Dissertation research is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical tools of state and business cooperation activation in context of Ukraine's investment policy realisation. There are realised several important scientific results in the dissertation research such as development the criteria of typing forms of state and business cooperation in the investment sphere; improvement of the "state investment policy" definition; investigation the conceptual basic of its development in the context of intensified state and business cooperation; realisation of state and business' tasks and functions decomposition on different stages of the investment process; improvement of typing of realisation the models of state investment policy based on the state and business cooperation; development of the econometric model of the state investment resources allocation between sectors of national economy and model of the optimal allocation public and private investment shares in the context of maximization the ratio of total capital investment to Ukraine's GDP; specification of the "public-private partnership" essence; researching the models of financial flows distribution from the public-private partnership realization; de-velopment of the model of consideration of the public and private investors' interests within formation of the public-private partnership projects portfolio, comprehensive risk assessment of public-private partnership projects, distribution of risk factors between subjects and fields of implementation of public-private partnership projects.
