Dobkin M. Local State Administrations in the System of Executive Power of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the place and peculiarities of local state administrations in the system of executive power of Ukraine and analysis of administrative and legal grounds of their activity. Typical historical and legal characteristics of local state administrations' origin, formation and development are disclosed. The main tasks, functions, principles of activity and peculiarities of responsibility of local state administrations as subjects of administrative law are defined. The system of legal regulation of local state administration's activity and their guarantees are researched. The procedure of formation and structure of local state administrations are found out.
