Komissarov O. Administrative-legal bases of informatization in the system of public order maintenance

The thesis is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of theoretical-methodological and practical problems of development of administrative-legal bases of informatization in the system of public order maintenance in the conditions of establishment in Ukraine of informative society and transition of law enforcement agencies to the "service" model of their operation. The paper analyzes the socio-economic conditions and the results of the implementation in public administrations practice of provisions of theories of information, legal informatics, information activity, information access, information security, information decision support, information rights and freedoms of the man.
