Thesis deals with the interpretation, application and improvement of the criminal law, which stipulates responsibility for crimes in the field of information security. Taking into account the results of the study in further improving legislation will formulate effective criminal protection of information security. The obtained legislative provisions take into account the specifics of the social danger of attacks on it and clearly limit the scope of the relevant criminal and legal action, that, in its turnwill create the conditions for enhancement of efficiency of counteraction to crimes in the field of information security.
