Essay

Genesis of the concept of a person's behaviour is examined in the light of the linear approach as a succession of stages of historic development, which are stipulated by objective laws and conditions of social development, and also by social values and individual values of a person. A person's behaviour is examined as an exterior objective manifestation of individual values of a person, which are grounded on dominating in the society social values and which are made interior by a person in the process of socialization. Its aspectual phenomenon is a person's legal behaviour that is internally objective manifestation of a person's individual values, which are grounded on the dominating in the society legal values and norms, and which are guaranteed by the state coercion.
