3.The object of study - The processes of formation, operation and use of sanitation management systems of production and business associations are the research object. The theoretical, methodological and methodical principles of construction, use and development of sanitation management of production and business associations are the research subject. The development of conceptual, methodological and methodical application framework mechanism of sanitation management in production and business associations is the aim of the thesis. The research methods are: systemic, grouping, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, comparisons, nonparametric and parametric statistical methods, statistical analysis, peer review, matrix method, morphological analysis, graphing. The concept of sanitation management in production and business associations, theoretical, methodological and methodical principles of organizational design in ICA in the circumstances of a changing environment, methodic principles of solving situational managerial problems of ICA during recovery have been firstly developed. The sanitation innovations realization stages in production and business associations, theoretical, methodological and methodical principles of modeling of sanitation innovation investment in production and business associations, the method of causes ranking of management situations nascence in ICA in the circumstances of changing environment, methods of information base forming for evaluation of risk of crisis of the ICA participants nascence, methodological approaches to the diagnosis and management policy in crisis of the ICA participants have been improved. The concepts and terminology in the field of ICA sanitation management, the ICA activity assessment methods by defining the probability of crises, tasks, functions, and methods of controlling as the components ICA sanitation management, the sanitation process management mechanism in the system of ICA have been developed. The research results have been embedded in industrial enterprises and in the learning process. The industrial enterprises are the field of use of the author’s proposals.
