Polovian O. Regulation the sustainable development of economic and ecological systems on co-evolutionary basis

Object of the study is balanced development economic and ecological systems. Objective of study is development methodological basis, development to concepts and motivation scientifically-methodical positions of the regulation of the balanced development economic and ecological systems with use co-evolutionary basis, providing making the conditions for development of the national economy. Methods of research are history, monographic, much criterions and cluster analysis, in abstract-logical, cognitive, agent, system-dynamic and neuron network modeling, genetic algorithms. Theoretical and practical results: the concept of the ensuring the balanced development economic and ecological systems on base co-evolutionary interactions, providing regulation of this process; approaches to choice and realization toolbox economy-ecological politicians, estimation its consequence and choice corresponding to balanced development economic and ecological systems. Novelty: methodological motivation, deepening conceptual basis and development scientifically-methodical positions of the regulation of the balanced development economic and ecological systems on base co-evolutionary approach.
