In the research it was determined the clinical peculiarities of angina pectoris at hypertensive patients with concomitant chronic glomerulonephritis. Features of clinical course and morpho-functional state of cardio-respiratory system and kidneys were specified. It was established gender characteristics of the course of complex cardio-respiratory pathology. It was studied the role of inflammatory, metabolic, endothelial, thrombo-aggregation, electrolytic, antioxidant, physical and chemical factors and natriuretic peptide, their connection with clinical features and morpho-functional state of heart, lungs and kidneys at hypertensive patients with angina pectoris and concomitant chronic glomerulonephritis. It was analyzed the hypoxytherapy effect and liposomal medicines phosphatidylcholine and quercetin on clinical signs and morpho-functional state of cardio-respiratory system and kidneys during in-patient treatment. The dynamics of inflammatory, metabolic, endothelial, thrombo-aggregation, electrolytic, antioxidant, physical and chemical and NT-proBNP during different treatment schemes was determined. We have assessed immediate and long-term results, survival rate of the patients and influence of the introduced treatment with adding of hypoxytherapy and liposomal medicines on life quality.
