The author summarizes the results of a comprehensive clinical and laboratory and instrumental examination of 406 patients with arterial hypertension (AH), of which 204 patients found nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in combination with abdominal obesity. The peculiarities of the clinical course of disease of the hepatobiliary system with the formation of lesions in hypertensive patients examined the condition of the liver vessels, pathogenetic role of immune disorders, depending on the stage of hypertension. The observed relationship between concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle and the variability of blood pressure (BP) and level of tumor necrosis factor. Pathogenetically feasibility of using of combination polyoxidonium and quercetin in the treatment of patients with NAFLD in combination with hypertension and abdominal obesity. In carrying out rehabilitation of 39 patients the presence of asten-neurotic syndrome and high circulating immune complexes in blood treated with combined medication eukarbon, 52 patients - a common means of rehabilitation. Marked acceleration general improvement of patient's recovery immunological and biochemical parameters, resulting in the achievement of sustainable and complete remission and stabilization of blood pressure.
