The Dissertation is devoted to the solution of theoretical, methodic and applied problems of formation, use and development of system-synergistic principles for management at corporate structured oil- and gas-producing companies. The significance of systematic and synergistic approach to managing economic development of oil and gas companies corporate structure is justified, the terminology and categorical apparatus in research and synergistic system-management companies is clarified. A paradigm of synergistic development of oil and gas companies of the corporate structure and management concept oil and gas companies on the basis of the formation of positive and negative feedbacks is worked out. A phenomenological mathematical model of the production of hydrocarbons is worked out. The structure of the informational support decision making in the workplace is improved. Theoretical bases of creating organizational and economic mechanism of synergistic development of oil and gas companies, improved system of planning and coordinating interaction between subsystems enterprise management. Solved problem of interaction coordination of subsystems in an integrated hierarchical system of control oil and gas companies corporate structure. Methodological principles of solving the problem of the subsystems synergistic targeting synergistic interaction, organizational and synergistic integration and innovative synergistic development of oil and gas companies, built a system model of synergy in their activities. Conceptual framework for corporate governance development of oil and gas companies on the basis of synergy are worked out.
