Essay

The work is devoted to topical issues of geological-geophysical scrutiny, history of tectonic development, refinement of the geological structure and geological and industrial characteristics, as well as the definition of the principles of the methodology and the development of criteria for detection and prediction oil and gas objects, rating assessment of oil and gas facilities, setting directions and priorities exploration in the Azov and Black Seas. In this paper developed, a theoretical basis of scientific and practical relevance of the exploration and development of oil and gas potential of the Azov-Black Sea waters of Ukraine. The analysis oil and gas studies confirmed the idea of the complicated structure of the territory of the presence of different types, different ages, tectonic, sedimentary structures, and anticlinal traps. Justification of oil and gas potential, rating and determine priority areas of exploration supported by relevant tables, maps and structural-tectonic oil and gas divising into districts. Established localized resource potential of 27 trained oil and gas facilities is 284.2 billion m3 of gas and over 50 million tons of oil, which is based on oil and gas potential of heterogeneous heterochrony basement and gas hydrate dissociation Azov-Black Sea waters allows the author to assert available opportunity to ensure their own Ukraine needs of hydrocarbons and its energy independence.
