The dissertation was conferred on theoretical and methodological grounds of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations in relation to develop of theory, methods and consulting facilities. Becoming of the agrarian consulting is reasonable in the world, features of its development in Ukraine and potential in agriculture. Methodology of organization of the electronic system of extension is offered on the basis of interactive consulting systems. Recommendation in relation to the improvement of development of the agrarian consulting in Ukraine with the certification of consultants that can be successfully used for development of extension in agriculture and in other spheres of activity were developed.
