Object of study: the revival of Ukraine livestock industry in terms of market transformation. Objective: To develop and justify the theoretical, methodological and applied scientific principles of systematic revival cattle industry of Ukraine for the period of market conditions for transformation of the national economy. Scientific novelty: the first methodological principles of integrated assessment livestock industry, developed a synergistic model of the development of livestock production, improved interpretation of the term "revival" of theoretical and methodological positions revival livestock sector, methodology integrated assessment of economic risk cattle, justification major trends in the field of animal husbandry in a depressed state of the economy, the challenges of globalization and changes in external conditions and domestic agricultural market, methodological, and practical approaches to the assessment of the crisis in the livestock industry, innovative areas of study offered by modern technologies of dairy cattle in the North-West region, methodological, and practical approaches to the formation of the state regulation of the industry herding.
