The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of administrative and legal regulation of economic security issues in Ukraine. The essence of economic security as a key component of national security is disclosed; their structure is defined and its elements are characterized. Conceptual regulations of guaranteeing state's economic security are elaborated. The essence and structure of administrative and legal mechanism of guaranteeing state's economic security are researched. Administrative and legal status of subjects guaranteeing state's economic security is found out; special attention is paid to the authorities of law enforcement agencies.
