Zhytnyi O. Criminal Law of Ukraine in international-legal dimension: comparative analysis

The paper deals with the phenomenon of the international-legal dimension of the criminal law of Ukraine as a binary systematic-structural and functional characteristics of the branch which is predetermined by its interaction with the international normative base and dependence of its development from the worldwide and regional processes of economical, political and cultural integration. The problems of implementation of the norms of international law in the criminal law are disclosed. The author makes suggestions directed at further optimization of the interaction between the criminal law of Ukraine and international legal system and perfection of Ukrainian legislation on criminal liability.
