Golovatyuk V. Investment Attractiveness of the Socio-Economic Environment in the Context of the Innovation-Driven Economic Development

Theoretic and methodological grounds for a model for enhancing investment attractiveness of socio-economic environment of the national economy through cluster development of its innovation potential on the basis the enhanced efficiency of the territorial scientific complexes (regional scientific centers of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Ministry for Education and Science) are elaborated. A concept of the investment attractiveness of the innovation sector within the Ukrainian economy, designed to stimulate science & technology and global exports of competitive products, is developed; methodological approaches to effective management of the involved processes are constructed. A methodological approach to studying current tendencies in building up a radically new socio-economic environment that allows to reconcile interests of an investor, an investment object and the whole economy is formulated. Priorities of the government investment policy specific to the innovation sector are grounded. The role of public administration and political factor in enhancing the investment climate within the national economy is outlined.
