Lyubchenko O. Experimental, clinical and laboratory substantiation of the use of domestic materials for modern endodontic treatment of permanent teeth

The thesis is devoted to the problems of modern endodontic treatment of permanent teeth with various forms of complicated caries by differentiated use of the developed domestic materials for root canal chemical preparation and filling. Conducted laboratory and electron microscopic studies have shown that the use of the developed materials can form dyeproof sealed root restoration with a high degree of adhesion to root canal dentin and restorative materials of a carious cavity. Experimental studies have shown that all investigated materials have a positive effect on the processes of bone tissue mineralization, have anti-inflammatory properties and increase antioxidant properties of periodontal tissues. Algorithms for the use of the developed materials in treatment of various forms of complicated caries and endodontic defects in permanent teeth have been designed and pathogenetically grounded. Results of treatment of various forms of pulpitis, chronic apical periodontitis and endodontic defects of various origins using the developed materials in the proposed algorithms have shown their high efficiency comparable with imported analogues. The developed series of national endodontic products can significantly improve quality of dental care to the population, empowers practitioners in choosing methods of treatment and materials for their implementation with a significant economic effect.
