Dykyuy O. Public-private partnerships as a mechanism for effective reproduction capacity building converged enterprise

The author implemented a new research direction in economic construction companies associated with the introduction of scientific and methodological rationale for multi-agent investment groups (MAIG) as a new organizational and economic mechanism of capital-building projects based on public-private partnership (PPP) and as a temporary organization structure project type. Theoretical and practical results - from concept MAIG's initiation to the software - combine to provide adequate analytical support of the MAIG, create a scientific basis for the formation of an economically rational for the state as initiating PPP operating technology and analytical support for investment scale, capital-intensive and socially relevant Investment Projects together with a robust control system over the use of public funds as well as all aggregated MAIG convergent potential, ensuring the consistency of economic interests of the PPP and compatible responsibility for the consequences of decisions taken and implemented in a construction project (investment program), implemented on the basis of PPP.
