Essay

The thesis presents theoretical generalization and a new solution of actual problem of modern therapy, namely conceptual measures to improve early diagnosis and prognosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in combination with obesity on the basis of the definition of genetic markers, predictors of hormone-metabolic disorders, variants of accumulation and distribution of adipose tissue and their impact on the stages of hepatic steatosis and cardiovascular risk for individualized preventive and therapeutic measures. For the first time carried out a comprehensive study of genetic markers associated with the NAFLD development combined with obesity, the severity of hepatic steatosis, with the presence of cardiovascular risk and its degree. The algorithms of the early diagnosis of liver steatosis, definition and control of the level of cardiovascular risk in NAFLD patients combined with obesity and use of health care activities according to a genetic predisposition of the disease were constructed.
