Complex research of theoretical and practical principles of developing and function-ing an efficient system of marketing activity of agricultural enterprises with substantiation of the conceptual approaches to considering the category on its content and form has been done. Methodical approach to investigating the tendencies and regularities of the market-ing system in agrarian sphere of the state economy has been developed. Economic es-sence of the categories "distribution", "exchange", "marketing activity" of agricultural en-trepreneurship subjects has been generalized and extended as their manifestation in the form of regulator medium of internal and external affairs. Methodological background of defining the efficiency of agricultural enterprises of marketing activity has been researched and their calculation in terms of agricultural enter-prises basic output has been done. Economic and social essence of the following market-ing infrastructure basic elements has been considered: mediatorial structures, agricultural products wholesale markets, retail food markets, exchanges as connective links between agricultural enterprises and an ultimate consumer. Methods of assessment of sales agreements allowing to define the main part of trans-action expenditures, assess their volume and content, to define strengths and weaknesses of the counteragents, to correlate their actions which would allow to improve the partici-pants financial stability. Trends of improvement of organizational economic relationships at agricultural out-put sales, particularly by means of distributive logistics centers, agriindustrial exchanges, development of marketing cooperatives have been substantiated.
