The dissertation is dedicated to the development of theoretical and methodological aspects of Ukrainian information economy innovative development under the conditions of globalization and to the definition of scientific and practical recommendations for the - management of strategic priorities of Ukrainian information economy national model realization. The object of study is the process of innovative development of Ukrainian information economy under the conditions of globalization. The aim of study is the development of theoretical and methodological aspects of providing Ukrainian information economy innovative development under the conditions of globalization and the creation of the conception of information economy national model realization. The methods of study are: dialectical, historical-logical, systematic-functional, statistical, synthesis of scientific approaches, economical-mathematical methods complex, expert assessment method. The dissertation includes developed conception of Ukrainian information economy innovative development under the conditions of globalization and definition of strategic priorities of information economy national model realization. The information priorities of Ukrainian economy development are defined and the principals of national information policy development are motivated. The system-synergic paradigm of information-innovation activity of the state is formed and applied to the quality of information technologies implementation in Ukrainian economy, to the legal regulation of informational relations, to the enterprises data base creation, to the hierarchy of automated information systems management, to the economical information protection under the conditions of globalization. The structure of information systems use in investment projecting and information system of property and land in regions of country accounting processing automation are offered. Prognostic estimation of Ukrainian information economy innovative development is made. The conclusions and recommendations received in dissertation are used in practical activity of state and scientific bodies, analytical organizations and enterprises of national economy public and private sector.
