Methodological and theoretical-conceptual bases of the role perspective realization as the strategy of the future teachers-philologists' training quality are elaborated and scientifically-grounded in the thesis. The main approaches of the role perspective essence as the strategy of the future teachers-philologists' training quality are analyzed. The structural components, the criteria and the signs of the mark and the standards of the future teachers-philologists' quality are defined and characterized. The pedagogical conditions which provide the pedagogical training quality, based on the principle of the role perspective are theoretically grounded and experimentally verified.
