The thesis is devoted to the scientific ground of theoretical and methodological principles, to development of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of cooperation mechanisms between government and parliament in the process of realization the administration functions in Ukraine on the basis of experience of European Union countries. The basic instruments of realization of parliamentary informatively-correction control of government and their efficiency are appraised. Events on an improvement and optimization of mechanisms of cooperation between Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Supreme Rada of Ukraine taking into account experience of EU countries are worked out.
