The object of study - the state social and economic policy. The purpose of the study - the development of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the development of the system of state financial support for socio-economic policy and the improvement of the mechanisms for its implementation. The practical significance of these results is that the core of the thesis are the basis for the development and adoption of national budgets socio-economic development of the country. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time it is proved that it is possible to use the state of various strategies and tools to achieve the ultimate goals of economic policies define intermediate or operational purposes, including to the forefront of the political and economic feasibility; a model of financial provision of state social and economic policy of Ukraine in conditions of structural economic reforms, based on the harmonious combination of state, regions and their inhabitants developed.
