The dissertator proceeds from the fact that compulsory state social insurance is the form of the population social security which constitutes by itself a set of created and guaranteed by a state economic, organizational and legal measures directed to the compensation or minimization of the consequences of the deterioration in financial and social status of employees and in the cases foreseen by the law of other citizens categories if sickness comes, disability, loss of the family supporter, unemployment under circumstances beyond their control, old age and also in the case of the occurrence of other stated by law insurance risks by insurance funds formed by the way of the compulsory payment by employers, citizens and also other foreseen by law revenue sources.
