Essay

The thesis presents the system-structural investigation of the notion "complicity in crime". The author justifies the conception of accomplices'role liability distribution. The role liability distribution in the complex complicity in crime is a consequence of role distribution - actions of causal relations and accomplices' guilt in the committed crime. The essence and structure of the complicity in crime is presented in the thesis. The author of the thesis proposes her own determinations of the notions complicity in crime, accomplices' guilt, subject of the crime and mediation in crime.
