Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex philosophical and theological and social-psychological research of the phenomenon of non-traditionality. New and non-traditional religions are such religious complexes, which historically has not been inherited from past eras by certain ethnic group and has not rooted in his daily life and culture. They appear due to personal religious quest of individual enthusiasts, and then distributed by missionary preachers in other regions. In this sense, the new and non-traditional for certain ethnic groups in the various historical periods of development may even be the world's religions. The nontraditional religious organizations (NRO) exist in the form of medical and rehabilitation centers, home communities, etc. Noted that the ideological basis of religious nontraditionalism is religious traditionalism. Most of the philosophical ideas that are understood by members of nontraditional religious communities as a new, unique, are only configurations of those elements of the beliefs that have long been present in traditional religions. Other philosophical sources of origin of the concept of religious nontraditionalism are personal mystical experience of the leaders of these communities and neocultural ordinary level of consciousness. Favorable conditions for the appearing and spreading of modern non-traditional religions are created by economic, political and cultural globalization. In its main characteristic features nontraditional religions match postmodern culture.
