Thesis is devoted to the analysis of legal entities as subjects of administrative law. The transformation of the object of administrative law and its components as a sphere of objectification of participating of legal entities in the light of the development and establishment of administrative legal science are determined. Historiography of doctrinal investigation of legal entities as subjects of administrative law are clarified. Concept and features of the legal entity as the subject of administrative law are defined. Administrative and legal status of legal entities and administrative legal personality are analyzed, classification of legal entities as subjects of administrative law is made and system of legal entities is defined. Features of implementation of administrative and legal status in the field of public administration and during application of administrative coercion and bringing to administrative responsibility some determined and deterministic legal entities are outlined. Recommendations for reform of existing legislation in this sphere, including a number of specific proposals of theoretical and practical nature, aimed to improving of regulatory fixation of administrative and legal status of legal entities, are formulated.
