The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific foundation of formation and practice of realization of tactic operations during pre-trial investigation and court procedure. The author has determined the place and role of tactic operations in the system of forensic science and criminal procedure. It has been investigated the problem of modern tendencies and perspective ways of development of the theory of tactic operations. The methodological basis of construction and realization of tactic operations, taking into consideration the two approaches such as systematical and structural together with technological. Investigated the tactical operations as a means of formalization of the criminal proceedings. Developed questions by the organization and planning of tactical operations. Disclosed the problems of use of typical tactical operations in investigation of certain types of crimes and in court proceedings. Proposed a creation of module "tactical operations" in the structure of automated workplace of investigator.
