Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Science in specialty 05.18.02 - Technology of cereals, legumes, cereal products and animal feed, oil and bast crops - National University of Food Technologies Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2013. The necessity, developed a scientific basis, methods and means to enhance the varietal baking wheat grinding involving intensification of technological processes and reducing structures using grinding operations flaking corn in special scouring shelling, shelling and grinding machines and grinding machines intermediates in desintegrnatorny type. Created universal technological standard modules without enrichment and enrichment intermediates, as a basis for designing flour mills of various capacities. The technological scheme newly flour mills output 30, 60, 120, 180, 240 tons / day and existing plant capacity of 250 tons / day in the equipment for reconstruction of the most relevant trends in the industry.
