Object of research - patients with superficial and invasive bladder cancer. A research objective: to increase the effectiveness of the combined treatment of patients with bladder cancer by developing the best ways to chemoradiotherapy in combination with the оrganpreserving and organreplacing surgery. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, cytologic, morphologic, genetic, statistical processing of results. Novelty: it is shown that open and transurethral resection characterized radicalism in the surgical and combined treatment of superficial bladder cancer stages Ta- T2a. The high efficiency impact locally invasive bladder tumors neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy is proved. Results: The developed method allowed neoadjuvant therapy achieved 5-year survival rate of 67,4 ± 8,91%, life expectancy of patients - 3,86 ± 0,24 year and adjuvant therapy, respectively, 5-year survival rates of 68, 5 ± 10,71% of patients, life expectancy 4,28 ± 0,41 years. It is introduced in practice of the Donetsk regional antitumoral centre, Oncology Center of Mariupol, Kramatorsk, Gorlovsky, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lugansk and Mariupol oncology clinics. Results of work are used in educational process of Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorky. A field of application: medicine (oncology).
