Guley A. Institutional support system for investing activities of the food industry: theory, methodology, practice

The thesis is devoted to developing theoretical and methodological guidelines and practical recommendations on the formation and functioning of institutional systems and mechanisms to support investment activities of the food industry. In the thesis the concept of strategic management of the investment activities of the food industry, which enables a new way to implement corporate and competitive business strategy, taking into account the institutional environment. Approach to change management in the food industry, which takes into account the effect of regulatory and institutional mechanisms are an effective tool for determining single, discrete and systematic management of change for development investment.
