In dissertation there is the considered specific of antirising activity within the framework of аgrofood enterprise, recommended as independent antirising measures of achievement of most authenticity in a book-keeping document and conducting of technical-economic analysis as an instrument of achievement of anticrizovoi situation. The noted necessity of development of theory of technical-economic analysis in an antirising plan. Conceptual approach is developed in relation to realization of strategy of forming of mechanism of antirising management by the enterprises of аgrofood sphere grounded conception about a fundamental role and place of production enterprise.
