In the dissertation investigated theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and methodological approaches turnover management of the retail trade enterprises. Added the essential characteristics of retail trade enterprises turnover in scientific concept and improved scientific basis for it's classification. Substantiated the concept of turnover management retail trade enterprises and investigated in details it's theoretical basis. Represented the results of investigations the modern tendencies Ukrainian retail trade enterprise turnover and it's prerequisites. Substantiated balanced scorecard card of retail trade enterprises turnover development. Investigated the essence analytical and planning procedures of management retail trade enterprises turnover. Created proposals to improve organizational and economic mechanism for implementation retail enterprises turnover management concept.
