Vitalii K. Criminal Law Protection of Public Order and Moralit.

The study deals with the problem of criminal protection of public order and the moral foundations of society. It justified the methodological framework and theoretical background for this study. Particular attention is given to the historical and comparative legal aspects of regulation of liability for the crimes. We study the problem issues of objective and subjective attributes of crimes under Articles 293-304 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The features of differentiated liability for crimes against public order and morality are observed. State and prospects of criminal-law protection of public order and morality are installed. Proposals are being made to improve the legislation and its application.
