The work is devoted to research of theoretical principles and technology of composite binders with a high content of quicklime which are produced via directionally controlled solidification process using chemical additives as well and technological methods, which ensure the required operational properties of a wide range purpose binding materials. The conditions of reaching of the potential calcium oxide binding properties during its hydration hardening due to the study of regularities of structure formation portlantyd stone were determined.
