Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the problems of modern medicine – the study of features of etiology, current diagnosis, clinical course, development based on pathogenesis, treatment regimens of degenerative diseases of the temporomandibular joint. The dissertation is based on multidisciplinary research and definite condition of connective tissue, iris, cardiovascular, digestive, musculoskeletal, urinary systems, organ of vision, immune violation, the state of lipid metabolism, bone status in patients with degenerative dystrophic diseases of the temporomandibular joint. According to the results, algorithm of clinical diagnostic scientifically based and tested, differentiated treatment and preventive measures as to various options of manifestation of pathological changes in the temporomandibular joint. Found that the developed methods of diagnosis and treatment can significantly improve treatment of degenerative diseases of the TMJ and reduce term of treatment.
